Barda: Bird of Prey?

shankieSo my Mister Miracle post had someone pointing me in the direction of the cover of Birds of Prey #100, from November solicits...
Does this mean the Kirby renaissance is going to put Barda as a member of the Birds of Prey? Does it? Maybe? Perhaps? That would be totally sweet.
Also, I didn't get a copy of The Flash: Fastest Man Alive #3 yet, because when I picked up my sub list at the comic shop, they didn't get it, and didn't mention it, so it slipped my mind. Apparently I'm the only person with it on their sub list there. Weird.
And the other store was closed before 5, as I realized this at 4:30p today and went out for it, no dice. ::sigh::
