There's this one image of Piper is always loved. And it's even better after seeing the buildup to his going back to the 'dark side' after being Wally's buddy. Also? His uniform always looked kinda silly to me until about this point.



From The Flash #190, The Pied Piper goes to Heat Wave looking for an ally. Heat Wave tells him to call the Flash for help. Over tea.



I can't help but wonder how many times a villain has called his main opponent a good man.

I'm betting not many.
