He reminds me of your Bart, only with 'confidence'. I think I'm dying of cuteness...

And he has GREEN EYES!!!!!!!!!!! For a while, there was the huge debate, but I guess this just proves it. Wally has green eyes, not blue. He's cuter with green eyes anyway. Blue are so normal.
