Why JLElite is Awesome, Part 1
Aug. 3rd, 2006 08:56 amJustice League Elite is one of my favourite comic series ever, despite it's brevity. But, for a lot of reasons, it gets lost in the shuffle. I'm here to un-shuffle it and show you all why it's awesome.
It all began in JLA #100, Elitism, which was an awesome story told in an unconventional narrative format so that the reader doesn't know what's going on... but believes they do... for most of it. So in putting the relevant panels up, and the cool ones, I quickly got carried away, and there's quite a few images behind the cut.
Also, I'm all about the art. Pencilled by Doug Mahnke, who draws all of JLElite. It has one of my favourite Diana moments, Wally showing just how much he can stand up to the rest of the League, and Clark being totally freakin' badass.

Anyway, it's great that you like it. A lot of people I know seemed to find it dark and boring. :(
