Well, I'm hitting the game late, so, you might have seen what's up with Wally the family man and his kids that are going to get him in sooo much trouble so...

Back to once upon a time, when Wally was single, before he was even dating Linda Park or anything, and he was a pig. From Flash Annual #1, Wally cheats on his girlfriend. Who's a model, by the way.

The almost exact same scene happens to him in Cuba, this chick who was going to kill him during the afterglow, but decided against it.

I'm guessing Wally is a fabulous lay, because Connie has to know he's been playing around. And still lets him preen about being her boyfriend.
