I'm sad about The Batman not airing again for two weeks. So I watched "A Mirror Darkly" again. And suddenly began taking mad screencaps. XD

If you don't follow The Batman, this is the one where Flash shows up and Batman smiles at him a lot. :D

There's evil mirror duplicates, Mirror Master having a Flash servant, and all that sort of thing you'd expect with Mirror Master being involved, except the character design. Gray hair? Anyway.

Good times!

Robin is so cute in this episode. First Mirror-Flash ruffles his hair, then he acts like he's naked when he's caught without the mask on.

A silly smile, and all for Alfred's food. Hee.

Also, he kinda looks like a bug.

Seriously, when did Mirror Master ever have gray hair?

I'd like to have these. :D

Heh. Wally just hanging in the Batmobile window makes me want to caption this with something like...

"So... can I get a lift?"

"You need a lift?"

"Thanks!" ::invites self in:: XD

I really wonder what Wally's thinking in this scene. Just walking down the hall with Bats and Robin, about to face unknown dangers of unknown proportions, and he's just... smiling. :)

La la la la la la la la la....

Slash!

Maybe looking like a bug is contagious with this character design...

"I'mma gonna git you!"

::giggles::

Behind every great Flash, there is an angry woman. ::laughs::

I'm not really sure what that means, but they do tend to be whipped by their women, so...

And he salutes at the end. Ha!

Also, I think it's funny that they're continuing from JLU with this whole 'Wally as the Flash from Central City' thing, instead of Keystone. More recognizable I guess. ::shrug::

They totally didn't follow with the version of J'onn they had at the end of Season 4; Batman walks in on him in his apartment and J'onn just punches him. Telekinesis? What? Oh well.

This show has good and bad. Bad usually being character design and good being animation and especially the pacing and design of fight scenes, which never ceases to impress the hell out of me.

Anyway. Fun!

Wasn't there a comic with the Flash hanging out with Batman and Robin? I think there was an out of control train in it at one point.

Cant remember which one it was....

I thought I was going to have a huge problem with the fact that Wally is older then Dick. That stuff always annoys me.

I think I was distracted though by the slash goggles I always seem to be wearing. Heh.

I found the whole thing really cute. Not quite sure what to make of Wally's voice but I can sorta understand why they made it that way. Sorta the way you'd imagine hummingbirds to talk...

And the lines

Bruce: Slow down
Wally: Sorry I get excited ....

I think my brain is permanently stuck in 'perverted gear'. XD

So cute. Even Dick being younger for once, hehe. I didn't even think about that.

I guess I'm stuck there, too... ::laughs:: Because I see slash everywhere. How Flash thanks Bats for his help... and Bats doesn't make some remark about it being the other way around? XD

Yeah.

I thought how cool it was that out of all the 'heroes' Batman teamed up with, Wally was the one he had the easiest time working with. With Supes, Green Arrow and J'onn there was always some tension there, with Flash there was none. He didn't even have to force a smile, he wanted to smile at his Flash! YES!

And is totally unfazed by Flash just strolling into the Batcave and seeing everybody unmasked... :D

Yeah... he's definitely Wally. Costume, eating all the time, being flighty, etc. Although it feels more like they were copying from JLU than the comics, and since he's a combination of the two? ::shrug::

I have a hard enough time comprehending the original DCAU, I'm not even gonna TRY with the new one.

Cool scans,though :)

The two part Season 4 finale made me squeal like the little fangirl I am.

There's gold in this show, if you can get past some of the flaws. :D
