It's one of the few books out there that's guaranteed to be entertaining! Even if I never, ever, ever want to see the Joker like that again. It made me feel dirty in a really not good way just looking at the obvious attempt to make Joker a sexual being.

on 2007-12-04 05:00 am (UTC)I don't think I'll be sad when it's finally gone. While it was an entertaining read, DC needs to put out a good series for new readers to get into, in my opinion. Just like Marvel's Ultimate books.

I mean, I'm glad Wally's not dead and all, but Linda the super-scientist? Give me a fucking break. ::le sigh:: I know it's bad when I'm not salivating when The Flash comes out; I sometimes even wait a couple days to pick up the newest issue. That's just wrong, man.
DC gotta get their shit together. I hear that the wildly negative response from the fanbase is starting to maybe put things in a better direction, but who knows.
