May. 25th, 2008 07:27 pmEven more from Ignition; which is a trade I read over and over... and felt the need to share more of. The story and the art aren't perfect, but nearly every scene has a great moment. It all ties together nicely and makes a great idea work with a bit more of a moody tone than most Flash books; which can be very moody, but usually more high-energy.
In between the conversations with Len, Wally experiments a little with his speed; first he races a jet plane. Then he causes a little... accident. He learns that uncontrolled super-speed is dangerous, the hard way.
But I love the way this issue starts.

He was going a little too fast for his own good and has to dig himself out of the rubble to call 911 and leave an anonymous call.
