Scott versus Darkseid, Part Two

Mister Miracle is pissed. In issue #22, he and Oberon are still on Apokolips, and Scott is out for blood. He's had quite enough of Darkseid.

Unfortunately, Darkseid's a little difficult to fight. Even if you're awesome.















In issue #23, after getting his ass handed to him in one hit, Scott meets up with this character Ethos, who gives him visions. Visions that involve chains and Darkseid in a car chase.







After that, in issue #24, he finally goes back to New Genesis and is reunited with Barda. Not only that, but he's decided that he's had enough of the conflicts of the New Gods; he's renouncing his godhood and going back to Earth.

Barda, once again, never fails to show us just who wears the pants in that relationship.















Does that count as domestic violence? ::shrug:: Either way, they're still awesome. XD

I see... Darkseid and Mr. Miracle were slated for entry into "Wacky Racers" but failed the audition when Darkseid attempted to kill all the other cast members...

True. The rules are a little different in that neck of the woods... and he kinda deserved it... I mean... Barda, dude. You're married to Barda. You need to have as much sex as possible, not being all philisophical.
