Ho-kay, lemme reveal my comic IQ here: Isn't Barry Wally's nephew? Didn't Wally spend summers at Barry and Iris' because his parents sucked? Or was that just a really good fic I read?

Wally is Iris' nephew, so Barry's by marriage. And yes; he did. Even before he became Kid Flash, he spent time with Iris because his parents were douchebags, as seen a bit here (http://victoria-wayne.livejournal.com/37236.html).
