shankieAnimal Man #27; Buddy is busted for apparent bestiality at the zoo and beats some cops with a tree branch, then goes to an animal rights rally and... it doesn't quite go as planned. His powers are becoming uncontrollable, and not being able to reign in the urges becomes... a problem, you might say.
At the police station, he briefly hallucinates that the officer interrogating him is the horse. ::shakes head::
