This series is so friggin' cute. It's like everything I'd ever want from a revisit to the early Teen Titans days... well, kinda. Wonder Girl being gaga for some boy band and Garth being a nervous nelly every day of the week... well. I guess that just accentuates how young they are, right? Never thought I'd miss the Aqualad-fro.

There is, however, a great little Wally West coming out of this.

I don't have much to say right now, because according to my mother I'm sick in the head and possibly going to grow up to be a serial killer because I was watching Dexter and enjoying it.

::goes out and takes a drive::

Alright, where were we?

Throner? )

And the moral of the story seemed to be that Alfred is the one who really knows what's up.

I enjoyed this more than Green Lantern this past week, which is weird and kinda telling. About which series, I'm not sure.

Anyway, don't take my word for it. 'Cause I'm craaaa-aaazy. ::rolls eyes::

I could have sworn I posted this at some point, or someone else did somewhere, but maybe I've just read the issue enough that I'm confused, because I couldn't find it anywhere. Heh. I wrote this thing that makes reference to this, so.

Four pages from The Flash #210, Robin sneaks Kid Flash into the Batcave and Batman catches them.

Circled the world a dozen times before Barry finally calmed me down... )

Good times. :D

I at least look in on a new Bat book, you know. Gotham Underground is a 9 book series tied into the Countdown nonsense with the Suicide Squad giving Gotham villains all kinds of Hell. So far it's meh, right?

Until I tell you that Matches Malone is working for the Penguin. :D

The art is nice. And I refuse to tell you what's going on in my head when I see that panel there. Ha. The whole thing is "Oh brother!" mixed in with "Hee!" and I think at least worth a look.

What does one have to do to get a decent drink around here? )

And then Bane hits Matches on the head, ooh suspense. ::shrug::

I'd think that something like Alfred and Nightwing hanging out in a bar full of thugs might be, oh, I dunno... a bad idea? "Hey, I know that butler!" right? Anyway.

It doesn't completely suck, and that's something.

Today is, apparently, Jason Todd's birthday.

Early this morning I was going through some random issues of Action Comics, and came across this one. From 1987, Robin meets Superman for the first time.

Now, keep both your hands on the line... )

For today, I'm going to pretend that one issue of Nightwing just never happened.

Some scans from As the Crow Flies, because I'm in a mood, and feel like it.

I'll start off with some sexy Bruce, then move on to Bruce and Tim being cute together. This all happens right after the Tim in drag bit, so there's a quick reference to it that makes me giggle.

And if you haven't read any of As the Crow Flies, and you like Batman, it's a situation you should rectify. I'll give you an image, and if it doesn't sell you, fair enough. Bruce, in his underwear and bandages, fighting a mutant Scarecrow in Wayne Manor using weapons such as Ming dynasty vases.

But, right now, here's some Bruce, and some Tim.

So, you're trying to get rid of me? )

Timmy!

Because I love Timmy, too, and he makes me feel better. ::hugs the Tim::

Yeah, I am feeling wicked better now. More perspective.

All of you guys are totally awesome and never let anyone tell you different! :D
